12 weeks of over indulging has led to this.
Taken about 1 week into new diet/training program. Need to get bodyfat% taken. I'm bigger and stronger, but softer and heavier. It's a starting point nonetheless.

Lose 12lbs, tone my butt, tighten my abs/core. A slower metabolism, 12hr work days, limited sleep, and a poor evening diet has put me in a place I never thought I'd be. Before I have kids I want to get back the lean, fit look I've enjoyed most of my adult life.

My training is going alright. Right now my focus is on extended cardio and light weights. Trying something different to see what type of results i get. How is your training going?
