Taken about 1 week into new diet/training program. Need to get bodyfat% taken. I'm bigger and stronger, but softer and heavier. It's a starting point nonetheless.
To get serious and be accountable for the progress i'm NOT making
Goal (Long):
Lose 12lbs, tone my butt, tighten my abs/core. A slower metabolism, 12hr work days, limited sleep, and a poor evening diet has put me in a place I never thought I'd be. Before I have kids I want to get back the lean, fit look I've enjoyed most of my adult life.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb

10%

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
I usually create these when i'm on a competition prep diet and desperate for something sweet. I dont measure anything out, i just add ingredients into a bowl until i get the right consistency. Then i bake them at 325 degrees for about 10min.
Natural Peanut Butter
Chocolate Protein Powder
Egg Whites
Splenda
Water
Oatmeal**
