12 weeks of over indulging has led to this.  Taken about 1 week into new diet/training program. Need to get bodyfat% taken. I'm bigger and stronger, but softer and heavier. It's a starting point nonetheless.

Lose 12lbs, tone my butt, tighten my abs/core. A slower metabolism, 12hr work days, limited sleep, and a poor evening diet has put me in a place I never thought I'd be. Before I have kids I want to get back the lean, fit look I've enjoyed most of my adult life.
