Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): To get back to where I was, then be better than that.
Goal (Long): Lose 12lbs, tone my butt, tighten my abs/core. A slower metabolism, 12hr work days, limited sleep, and a poor evening diet has put me in a place I never thought I'd be. Before I have kids I want to get back the lean, fit look I've enjoyed most of my adult life.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 12 lb

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't do it. Every now and then is ok, but on a regular basis is just annoying.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Shorts and a t-shirt. Nothing too baggy or too lose. I like to look sporty and comfortably, but not sloppy or overtly sexy.

I am doing good, thanks for asking! I;m finally starting to stick to my diet because I've been getting fed up with the scale not moving in the downward direction. I am sure you will get back in tip top shape in no time, I am sure of it. Update your pics when you feel comfortable...As you can see I see have pics up from June-LOL
