Help as many people as I possibly can to get themselves motivated enough to reach their goals. That, and compete on a national level within the next year to earn a pro card.. is that too much to ask?? I'm going to try!
My CURRENT goal is to maintain my progress towards losing bodyfat while holding onto muscle. Working nights is throwing me off schedule a little. But I'll get better! ;-)
I'm looking to do two competitions next summer/fall...one figure and one fitness model. I'm at 18% body fat and want to drop down to at least 12% and be in the best shape ever!!! I also want my 27 in waist back lol!
My overall goal right now is to get bigger and leaner as i go. I'm a pretty tall guy so i would like to pack some muscle on to my frame to go with my height.
presently i am very skinny weighing only 61.5 kg.i want to have 72 kg weight.i am not preparing for any competition.i just want to look big,healthy & smart.

Needed to take some time off....life was really busy for a while, and a nagging hand injury drove me literally insane....I'm now back, and determined to meet my goals....I WILL get down to 12% body fat by May '10.
