What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I always get a good run (5-7 min) and stretch in for a warmup with music playing. Really gets me focused and motivated and I;m a guy who is big on pace and rhythm so the music gets me in the mindset

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
When in the gym, the treadmill. I go for twenty min and start at a pace between 7-7.5mph and each min i increase the speed by .1 mph. Really pushes me to keep going harder when i get tired.

The Man In The Glass
Anonymous
When you get what you want in your struggle for self
And the world makes you king for a day,
Just go to the mirror and look at yourself
And see what that man has...
Hi hurdle, I've been away for a while (months). Sorry! How are you doing? I've been all over the place doing all sorts of things... But now I'm back. What's new?
I am going with my husband to his sisters house because she throws a New Years party every year. I will be dieting so I am not sure how long I will stay though.
