Goal (Long):
Well, i'd eventually like to try and add some size. I say eventually becuase i'll more than likely have to wait til after this years sports seasons to try and do so. But i would like to get up to around 200lbs (lean mass) and go from there.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I always get a good run (5-7 min) and stretch in for a warmup with music playing. Really gets me focused and motivated and I;m a guy who is big on pace and rhythm so the music gets me in the mindset

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
When in the gym, the treadmill. I go for twenty min and start at a pace between 7-7.5mph and each min i increase the speed by .1 mph. Really pushes me to keep going harder when i get tired.

sounds like ur working super hard.. i dont envy you, but at the same time I need a job! I got my college degree result today...i did pretty good overall. I was hoping for top marks but I got a bit below that. Still, life goes on lol. I was thinking about starting an online journal on here but I know I won't b consistent with it. Whats ur diet like btw? im quite curious.
Practicing yoga in 100 degree studio with 80% humidity is the way to go. That could be arranged, but you'd have to fly to Seattle for a private lesson, haha.

To be honest, in terms of the fat loss, its prolly mainly diet - My diet NEVER looked like it does now; its made by far the biggest difference. Eating little and often, decent macro ratio, not going carb crazy cuz of insulin spikes- I never knew all that before. So how hav u been lately? U settled into ur new place and all? x
