Started working out for track/ football back in high school. I think I fell in love with it the day after my first time ever squatting, best pain I ever felt haha.
Why I Love It:
I love constantly challenging myself in all aspects of life. The health and physique benefits are well worth the time. I figure it's one of the smartest investments a person can make.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that no matter how much I do or how hard I work, that I can always improve and be better.

In life, we cannot control circumstance. What we can control is our own attitude.
Goal (Long):
Well, i'd eventually like to try and add some size. I say eventually becuase i'll more than likely have to wait til after this years sports seasons to try and do so. But i would like to get up to around 200lbs (lean mass) and go from there.

I want to GAIN 2 lb

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I always get a good run (5-7 min) and stretch in for a warmup with music playing. Really gets me focused and motivated and I;m a guy who is big on pace and rhythm so the music gets me in the mindset

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
When in the gym, the treadmill. I go for twenty min and start at a pace between 7-7.5mph and each min i increase the speed by .1 mph. Really pushes me to keep going harder when i get tired.

Hello my friend! I am doing well. This is a cool avi. so what is up with you? I started coaching bball again and having a blast with the girls. I love being a role model! J~
lol, yeah they arae definitely pricey. I'm not the photographer,I don't have the eye for it. My husband started playing around with photography a few years ago, as a hobby. He got me a canon elf recently though that I've been real happy with, and it's much more affordable. The most recent set of progress pics was with that one, and my arms were shaking pretty bad from post workout when i took those pics. I've heard the 50d is an awesome camera esp for the price if you are able to get one.

yuuuup! LOVE long runs! thinking about doing a marathon or something! i still run to the track from my place and do speed work outs followed by stairs. seriously i think i will run forever! its the best way to stay in shape
lol i always wanted to run hurdles but was too short and uncoordinated! it was hard enough running around a track with no hurdles!! but thats awesome ur a runner too! 400 was always my fav because it was the toughest...i think i threw up after every race lol
i didnt run track til college actually! joined for fun! to stay in shape. my first two years i ran cross and track then just switched to track! love the 200 and the 400! how about u?
oops just realized I never replied! Halloween wasnt too thrilling- had a quiet one, and didnt even get trick or treaters at the door either! weird..
