I've been good and you? My knee is coming along great. I'm running much better and biking is becoming easier. How about you?

Wow I'm so sorry, but happy for you in the same boat. Not sure if I ever replied to you. I started therapy on day 5. It's so much better now but still has its days. I'm still doing my own therapy probably for another 6 months. Are you back to playing soccer again?

Wow usually with the ACL goes the MCL not the LCL. That is interesting. How'd you do that? I hyperextended mine during a flag football game. I tore my MCL some and my ACL partially. They thought I had meniscal damage, but luckily I didn't. Recovery is slow because of my graft choice (patellar), but it is so much better than those first few weeks. I'm just happy to be back on my road bike and able to lift again. I can't wait to run again. How many weeks post-op are you?

Hello Hunter. I just had knee surgery as well. I'm trying to rescue my body and rehab. Did you tear your acl?
