How I Started:
One of my friends dad told me about boxing and and weight lifting and I thought it was interesting and kool so I started doing it.
Why I Love It:
Because I like the intensity and the strenght you get out of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love it and thats my motivation
BB Accomplishments:
I went from benching 105 to 135 in about a week.
And going from benching 160 to 190
gained almost 30 lbs in a month (got serious stretch marks)
