I was always intrested in bodybuilding and wresling,i always used to work out but then i decided to get a job in a gym last year and got a bench at home and thats how it started relly!
Why I Love It:
I like when people notice how you look and what you have to do to look like you do,this also motivates! its good for health and self esteem!
How I Stay Motivated:
Just because i find it fun working out! :)
