Good deal. Good luck on your goals. I have two simple goals eat 6 clean meals a day and workout 6 days a week (3 cardio, 3 weightlifting). We can succeed if we stay connected and help each other. I have a few other bodybuilding friends who are involved as well.

Good Deal! What would you like to accomplish by SuperBowl? My goal will be weight loss. So, I will be doing a 4/2. 4 days cardio, 2 days weightlifting. Until I get to a reasonable weight. Then the weightlifting days will increase. 5-6 meals and a gallon of water. Good luck. Stay connected.

Lets do this CHAMP!!! 5-6 days of intense weight training and cardio. 6 clean meals. We CAN do THIS. One meal at a time. One workout at at time. SUCCESS OVER TIME.

We have to encourage each other. We can do this! 6 clean meals. 5-6 days of intense working out. 1 cheat meal on 7th day or not. I know we can do it...other have accomplished it on BodyBuilding.com. One meal at a time. One workout at a time. SUCCESS OVER TIME.
