Maximize Life

As an adult, I have let worry and caution zap alot of fun out of my life. However, everytime I step into a Gold's Gym I am able to alleviate alot of the worry and concerns of the day and sometimes of the week! If the boss gets on my nerve I go to BODYPUMP and work on myself. If I am less than jovial one day, I go and take a BODYSTEP class until the endorphins kick in! When traffic is a bare, I have one day out of the week with my trainer where I am so focused on getting through the workout routine that the chump who cut me off on I-95 is a non-factor. I am thankful for my new sanctuary wh...

Accountability

Other than ourselves, who are you accountable to? Who do you go to for encouragement and that push to get to the next level? I seek a bodybuilding.com accountability partner if possible. I can see that person move forward and they can see me move forward. This is a marathon, not a SPRINT.
