I will be under 300lbs before December 2008. By eating clean and lifting hard!!!
Goal (Long):
I am seeking knowledge and motivation from others who have crossed the great divide of transformation and STAYED committed. I have seen multiple guys and ladies on bodybuilding.com transform themselves...its my turn! I am tired of the excess weight, shopping at the BIG BOY stores, inconsistency and lack of discipline. This is the year to subject my body to the will of the gym. My numero uno model of perserverance, dedication and motivation is SCOTT RIGSBY (1st double amputee to finish IRONMAN TRIATHLON). This is posted everywhere (work, home, gym, etc):
If you want a thing bad enough to go out and fight for it, to work day and night for it,
to give up your time, your peace, and your sleep for it ... if all that you dream and scheme is about it, and life seems useless and worthless without it ...
if you gladly sweat for it and fret for it and plan for it and lose all your terror of the opposition for it ...
if you simply go after that thing you want with all of your capacity, strength and sagacity, faith, hope and confidence and stern pertinacity ...
if neither cold, poverty, famine, nor gout, sickness nor pain, of body and brain, can keep you away from thething that you want ...
if dogged and grim you beseech and beset it, withthe help of God, you WILL get it!!!
Things are going really well. I've increased my cardio even more, and increased my reps and sets. The kitchen has also been going very well. So overall, I can't complain. I plan on taking progress pics next Thursday, so be on the lookout! How about yourself?
The dreaded plateau, huh! I'd been doing BFL for 3 months and lost lbs and inches, very evident by the 8th-9th week. Expected it to continue like that, but hit that plateau and still there to some degree. Changing up the workout routine some to see if I can jumpstart. Bottom line is I've got to get back on the clean eating track. Hang in there, bro, and stay upbeat!
it's cool. I won't make my goal , but its cool, I like the way I'm looking. I just found out i'm pregnant again, so my goal is just to not put on a bunch of weight now. how everything with you?
I've never taken noxplode before but if it helps you give that boost in the am then I dont see why you cant. I take Amp 2.0 sometimes when I need the kick for cardio. It does the trick for me.
Word ... I'm glad it is working for you! You will see results after using it for a a few weeks ... I recommend that you stop use after 8 weeks and go back after 4 weeks off. That's what I do anyway.
Damn!!! You wake up that freakin' early!?Yes, you should incorporate NO XPLODE into your supp arsenal. It will help you lose weight because it gives a boost of adrenalin which is getting you blood flowing, which in turn makes your heart start pumpin'.Thanks though, Hulk! I wish I did get paid 4 these expensive ass supps, it would really help out. But you need them if you're really serious. The ones I've tried for the most part work and I continue to experiment. You only live once, right?
hey bud hows the training coming?? im glad to see your motivated. You'll be under 300 in no time man...just have some fun with it, you'll do great im excited to see how you look by december!! good luck buddy
whoaw, you get up at 4:30? wooow the noxplode is good- i like gapsari superpump a bit better, it isn't nitrous oxide, but l-argenine which does the same thing and for longer...all the best
You keep this up and Hulk Hogan is going to have to retire and be replaced by Hulk Steve. I am happy to hear that you lost another 8 lbs and that your strength is climbing. Stay determined my friend and remember, if you believe, you can achieve.
