I am seeking knowledge and motivation from others who have crossed the great divide of transformation and STAYED committed. I have seen multiple guys and ladies on bodybuilding.com transform themselves...its my turn! I am tired of the excess weight, shopping at the BIG BOY stores, inconsistency and lack of discipline. This is the year to subject my body to the will of the gym. My numero uno model of perserverance, dedication and motivation is SCOTT RIGSBY (1st double amputee to finish IRONMAN TRIATHLON). This is posted everywhere (work, home, gym, etc):
If you want a thing bad enough to go out and fight for it, to work day and night for it,
to give up your time, your peace, and your sleep for it ... if all that you dream and scheme is about it, and life seems useless and worthless without it ...
if you gladly sweat for it and fret for it and plan for it and lose all your terror of the opposition for it ...
if you simply go after that thing you want with all of your capacity, strength and sagacity, faith, hope and confidence and stern pertinacity ...
if neither cold, poverty, famine, nor gout, sickness nor pain, of body and brain, can keep you away from thething that you want ...
if dogged and grim you beseech and beset it, withthe help of God, you WILL get it!!!
Eating fairly well today with 1 hr cardio. I feel great! My workout is a 4/2 mix. 4 days cardio/2 days weightlifting. I am focusing more on fat loss versus muscle gain at this time. Hopefully everyone is doing what is necessary to reach their goals.
Hey buddy, my success wasn't great, but I got in a pretty good sweat. Chest and shoulders, 1/2 hour treadmill, 1/2 hour stair climder and some abs. Whew! Have a great week and DO WORK!
Things are going well, brotha. Same here as far as diet is concerned. Around this time of year, it's hard to diet correctly. Keep the intensity up and don't skip cardio.
hey whats up, ever since i have gotten the do work crew attitude i have lost 2 pounds this past week and im'a gonna lose 2 more this coming week !!! yeah !!!
I’ve used CellMass to add strength and mass to my repertoire. Never felt that it helped me lean out necessarily. I guess I can say it gave me a dry gain. It’s an awesome product though.
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. With a good exercise routine as well as nutrition program I know you will be amazed at what will happen. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Glad to hear from you. How are things going. I don't follow the gamem, but I can work on the weeks, so I'm in. I really got to get more focused again. Keep us posted on your progress. All the best!
that sounds like a pretty good plan...I'ma try that. thanks. Lol, right now it's just me with the motivation. My husband is slacking. it's starting to show.
