135 lbs @ 6'1 when I graduated college...I think that says it all.
Why I Love It:
Making little goals and achieving them, and seeing larger goals achieved over time.
Bodybuilding teaches you patience and culpability; you have no one else to blame if you don't succeed.
I also like experimenting with different techniques on exercises; finding the nuances and adjustments that will make my body respond optimally and grow.
Plus it's total overcompensation for being so skinny as a kid.
How I Stay Motivated:
Baby steps all the time.
Keep your eyes off the scale; it's totally misleading...most of the time.
Pay attention to how much harder it's getting to pull on those sleeves and button those buttons (if you even can).
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to 200 was a major milestone because it took forever just to get to 175.
Going from a size Small to an XL, though it can still be fun trying to squeeze into a Medium.

Quick, throw that boy a sandwich! Better make it two!
At 15, not yet at my current height, I maybe weighed 80 lbs.
Don't make me angry, you wouldn't like me when I'm angry.
Heheh.
-Work on flexibility to be more comfortable doing narrow stance squats to bring out my outer quad head more(225).
-Continue bringing out medial delts and arms (gain 3/4"), especially biceps and forearms.
-Concentrate on upper back mass to add 1 inch to overall torso thickness.
-Daily stretching to improve all flexibility, especially in hams, hips and lower back to improve deadlifts and narrow stance squats.
-Cardio minimum 2x a week.
Im glad you asked my hulkin friend, i'm gonna bulk back up but try to maintain some measure of the lean-ness. 220 and still lean by the end of summer is the goal. Its never enough man its never enough.
Just thought I'd give you an update...my bench is currently up 40 pounds from 2 months ago since I switched to once a week and fewer sets...thanks for the advice
Hey man, whazzup?
Thought I'd drop by and say hi-I'm back in the saddle so to speak, and am really thinking that I'll get it this time. No competitions, no stupid goals, just straight up work, eh?
Thank you so much Hulk. Any tips on how to get a huge chest? Because you obviously have one lol I would great appreciate it if you gave me your chest workout.
what's up greg, how's things hulk?
I've just started a new journal with my brother David, check it out sometime man I'm sure you'll like it, lots of pics and vids coming.
Hulk- I got about 6 - 8 more lbs to drop before maintaining. I'll be bulking more in September.
Focusing in *right now* on ab strength cause I never work on abs... plus bringing out my rear delts/bi's more.
How is your training ?
Thanks for taking the time to visit my page! I appreciate your input very much. Farmers tan will be fixed at the day of the show for sure! Train hard partner! I'm doing calves today and arms as well- only two weeks b4 competition time!!!
WOW! Great pictures (your transformation is truly inspiring!) and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). I especially liked your "How you stay motivated answer!" Thanks for posting!
Damn your upper torso is looking thick and massive. Great job man. Looks like we both started out with scrawny frames. I'm hoping to look as thick as you one day. Keep up the hard work bro
thanks man, yea, its a good thing to be 5'7" when it comes to bodybuilding, gaining mass comes a little easier. But your looking pretty damn massive yourself man, good luck to you!
hulk man, I guess we missed each other again... Sorry, my schedule was ****ed and still is... Just graduated and am working 2.5 jobs(personal training on the side) and my schedule just didn't line up... Sigh! Next time, we just exchange numbers!
