First "bodybuilding" show---I won 1st in my weight class, 1st overall, and Best abs, Best arms, Most muscular! I'd say it went pretty well! :-D I quickly found out that bodybuilding is where I should be...not figure! |

This competition was so much fun! I had never done a competition before and decided 6 weeks out that I wanted to try it just to see what it was like. I hired Karen Patten IFBB pro to teach me how to do some last minute posing, and show me the proper way to diet. Being that I only dieted 6 weeks I wasn\\\'t as lean as I wanted to be or should have been, but I learned that next time I know how to diet and how long to diet for! It was an experience I will never forget, the feeling of stepping on stage in that teenie tiny bikini and people cheering you on is something undescribable. I met a lot of very inspirational people and took from the show a lot of very valuable tips and lessons towards my future in this sport! I am looking forward to doing another competition in the near future! |
