they're on the herbiceps.com website! he (the photographer) puts different segments from the shoot on the site periodically so that there is always new photos of me being released over time. i am supposed to be doing another shoot with him as soon as i get dieted down again. i just started dieting again 2 weeks ago, so...it'll be a long 4 months! dun dun dun!!! see you at the gym :-)

yep that's me! hahaha i did some female bodybuilding modeling in philly/jersey this last may and that is one of the photos :).

overall state champ!! also received best abs,arms and most muscular! i am the youngest to have won the state championship miss alaska title! this was my first bodybuilding show!!!! :-)

thank you! believe me...the win was VERY unexpected. i didn't even think i was going to win my class let alone the whole show!!!!! i am so proud of everyone for all their hard work. all i know is for 3 1/2 - 4 months all did was train/work/diet 7 days a week 24 hours a day almost gave up so many times...but i hung in there. it was an incredible feeling. everyone looked FABULOUS!!!! i look forward to seein' your wife at the next show, she keeps gettin' better and better! have an amazing week!
