When I Started:
Jan, 2000
How I Started:
I got started with working out in elementary and middle school. I was a big time runner! I loved it! Then I started playing basketball, and running track. When I started highschool, track, and basketball were still a big part of my life. I turned over my basketball career my sophomore year due to a back injury to which I became a full-time weight trainer and a part-time track runner. Somehow weight training became the biggest love of my life, along with running. I think I took every gym class offered, some I took more than once! We had a wide range of electives to choose from, but anything that involved fitness is the classes I chose to take, and I wouldn't change that for the world! It was so much fun! Besides, what beats showing up to school in gym clothes ready for your first period weight training class! NOTHING!!!!! :-)
Why I Love It:
I love working out and bodybuilding because I feel healthy, I love muscles, it's the best way to clear my head, and it is so much fun!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results, and receiving compliments from others who see my results or are impressed by my hard work is a great feeling and more fuel for the fire to keep me going!
Also, the hopes of leading a long and healthy lifestyle, staying in great physical shape, being a good role model, and the dreams of fitness modeling in my future etc...the combination of those things keep me up and running!
BB Accomplishments:
Best Body award in highschool! :-)
My first competition as a bodybuilder was March 2007, I won the open overall title as Miss Alaska of Bodybuilding. 1st in my weight class, 1st overall, best abs, best arms, and most muscular awards as well! It was something I will never forget! :-)
i am still 30yrs-old in i never let my age slow me down? in better to life in get stronger as ever it better 2 be a buff dawg then look at a little dawg that just came in da gym -word up
Absolutely beautiful! And the physique speaks for itself; that perfect combo of size, leaness and definition that everybody who hits the weight aspires too...plus your best is still ahead! Very impressive=0
