When I Started: Dec, 2006
How I Started: I was increasingly interested in the physiques i saw around me for example of other bodybuilders etc. So as a result i started lifting... i cant explain the sensation i got from seeing the changes, i was just hooked.
Why I Love It: Because upholds a universal law which is if u apply effort (whole heartedly) u WILL achieve!
How I Stay Motivated: The compliments that i get from people and the occasional stare as if i am something special lol

Even without tensing the arms we still see a solid back getting thick and solid lats on the way. Good traps showing also. Lots of promise showing here for this sport or any sport. Andre
