I was playing football, and i kept getting hit, and tackled.The other was just bigger and more athletic than me, so I had to do something about my size, so that's why i got started. I have now trained 8 months seriously, and i'm starting to like lifting weights more than playing football. :)

hey, thanks for the comment. i started working out seriously since i was 14. train hard and consistently and the results will come. it might seem hopeless or frustrating when you first start out (especially when you don't see results right away) but always think what you'll look like in the next 5-10 years if you put forth the effort. also EDUCATE yourself on proper diet and training because you want to know whether all your hard work is productive or not. anyways goodluck on your training!
