How I Started: i used to lift weights here and there with my good friend. but we stoped and started over a year. i didnt see much change so on october 14th 07 i dedicated myself to bodybuilding.
Why I Love It: obv love seein the gains that i make even if small. love trying to lift a weight that i couldnt lift before.
How I Stay Motivated: my girlfriend and just wanting to get bigger :D

Hey man thanks for the post and yah I have been trying to gain weight but It's really hard for me...(N) I got good protein called Lean gainer has lots of fats and 50grams of protien per 3 scoops not bad I geuss...and man your doing really good keep it up man, p.s. lmao vanille sucks
