I lift 6 days a week and do cardio every other day. (Sometimes more cardio if I have a cheat meal :P )

Monday - Back and Bis

Tuesday - Chest and Tris

Wednesday - Off day

Thursday - Legs (focus on quads)

Friday - Delts
