High school football always worked out then college football work outs and now just love to be in the gym helping others out and working out myself...
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding and working out because i love to see my body change...i also love helping others out in the gym to meet there goals...training others makes me feel good just knowing that i am helping them get the body and workout they want....
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reaching others goals as there trainer. Just helping them lose the weight or gain muscle just seeing them happy with there results and seeing them smile.
