high school athletics. wanted to stay in shape after high school and have been addicted to it ever since.
Why I Love It:
the feeling of knowing if you excel or fail, its your choice. not anyone elses. i love the challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
lifting with bigger guys or around guys that juice! it makes me push harder and farther, i just choose to be smarter!!

well, here i am. the night before the contest, sitting here with a full stomach of flank steak, pasta, and apple pie filling and NO WATER!! i just went to registration were i felt like part of the crowd. by that i mean walking around like a person who'd been stranded on some deserted...
