Followed Kris' 12 week program to the exact.
Doing super sets really fired my workouts even better. Towards the middle of the program, supersets with drop sets was a killer! DTP method is great. I do like the method as it does tire me out and I get the burn much more.

I basically followed Kris Gethin's nutrition recommendation.
Protein source: Chicken breast, lean ground beef, lean ground turkey, salmon and tilapia.
Carb source: sweet potatoe, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, and whole wheat tortilla.
Daily calorie intake 1872 cal. Grams of protein (@1.5 gr/wt) = 216 gr. Fats (@ 15%) = 31.2 gr. Remainder of carbs are the difference.
