Right now im close to finishing my offseason training, im following a 15 week powerlifter type strenght program, for the main three lifts, then follow HIT for everything else, mixed on with Compound/stretch/contraction. oh and sum doggcrapp stretching. Why wussup?

Hey bro i hope your are feeling better. heres sum good news, lifts for last week; squats-315 6 reps, deads-315 uhh lost count after 6 reps, db seated press- 80 pounders for 6 reps. i will beat those all dis week, a few reps for ur ass bro lol.

Yeah its been a while ive even been on hear im pretty busy nowadays. training my ass off weighin around 210lb, dats pretty much all i am focused on. Dats good to hear your still so focused on gym and school being so busy and all. How excited are your to finish dis year?

good to hear man just dont overtrain em bitches, but that meal sounded solid. Just get seven more of those in a day and youll keep seeing gains. **** man i gotta take a week off, with shcool,gym and work i stressed myself out, had a terrible work out wanted to fall asleep during a set of flyes!

Sure youll know just go with makes u happy thats what important here thats why we began trainin. i know that work all to well my friend. Coming from someone who barely wieghed over 100lb. jus today man i passed out centuries set on the leg press with a drop. Ive been there bro, yellin so loud durin deads or bench the whole gym is going "ur a freakin animal". i may not be as genetically gifted or strong but i know what u mean and wish u nothing but the best. keep in touch iron brother.
