How I Started:
I picked up after I decided to stop playing college basketball and focus on school.
Why I Love It:
The onus is on one's self. No one can make you get that last rep in, choke down that last piece of dry chicken or take responsibility for your lack of progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember where I came from and how far away that was. In doing so, I realize I have came to far to ever go back now, I would not be satisfied.

Goal (Long):
I want to use my body as a vehicle to show those around me the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I want to use my knowledge in dietics to enable not only the competitive athlete success in a healthy lifestyle but the pregnant mother and father of three entering middle age. I am on a journey of transformation for myself, both physically and mentally, and would like to take as many as I can for the ride!
Description: Done in the month of my 2year anny of starting bbing. I know, my dogs decide to duke it out while I was doing it lol, I love the most at my smallest one in the background just staring at them all mob-boss like haha.

Description: 405 x 1 with 100lb purple bands, first heavy pull since lumbar strain in March. Final set after squats. Horrible form, I was exhausted lol. I initiated my hips waaaaay to early lol. Once form is tweaked, I will move back up quick hopefully. Bodyweight at 272.
