I picked up after I decided to stop playing college basketball and focus on school.
Why I Love It:
The onus is on oneself. No one can make you get that last rep in, choke down that last piece of dry chicken or take responsibility for your lack of progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember where I came from and how far away that was. In doing so, I realize I have came to far to ever go back now, I would not be satisfied.
Maximizing my potential through knowledge, hardwork and consistency.
Goal (Long):
I want to use my body as a vehicle to show those around me the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I want to use my knowledge in dietics to enable not only the competitive athlete success in a healthy lifestyle but the pregnant mother and father of three entering middle age. I am on a journey of transformation for myself, both physically and mentally, and would like to take as many as I can for the ride!
I have not been making much progress lately. I have been sick for a couple of weeks and before that was just maintaining. I am about to go back on a hard cut for the next 45 days and see how much I can knock off before I have to ship out again then bulk while I am gone. It looks like yopu have really added on some size arms are looking huge. I really need some work there myself.
yes indeed u can really see the FAN !!! ya is see wat u mean bout ur lats taking off and leaving ur pecks behind oh well when u hit total on chest day i think its really goning to help with this prob

trainings going decent, i had a knot in my back that put me out of lifting hard most the week, but Ive been doing cardio twice a day as well.. staying strict as hell on my diet, gotta make sure i reach my goals :D
i know right! a whole inch on my arms and then a lil more on the legs but i got no one to take pics not saying those self pics of ur bak lat spread arent breathtaking but i would prefer some distence on mine lol
haha thanks for the comment. Yeah I see basketball being less a part of my routine once Fall and Winter come so I'll be expecting bigger gains. Good luck with your goals!
If you've got a year to work, take the gains lean. I can't even imagine how intimidating your size must be... on top of that, the 'hardcore' look. I started letting my hair grow a little so people wouldn't think I'm gonna go "american history x" on their ass!
