When I Started: Apr, 1998
How I Started: I had always been smaller with a butt, hips and well defined muscles and I didn't mind that...but after have two kids and putting everone else needs in front of mine...I let my myself go...It's been up and down battle ever since. I fight depression and I know that work out makes me feel better...it's part of my therapy to living healthy and feeling well...
Why I Love It: It's makes me feel good when I get started and stick with it...
How I Stay Motivated: I try to keep going but I get off track easy...that why I joined Body space for motivation...I want to find friends that can motivate me when I'm feeling off and I can do the same for them...

Hey Everyone!!

 BIG NEWS!! I am finally below 200lbs!!!

Thanks to everyone who has added me as their friend. Everyone on here again is so great!!! Thanks for all the advice and being my cheerleaders in all of this.

Well the new job is going well...I have adjusted my schedule pretty...

i'm a little sad because i haven't been able to work out in 2 weeks. i started a new job and i was to tried to work out. i work really long hours.
