I had always been smaller with a butt, hips and well defined muscles and I didn't mind that...but after have two kids and putting everone else needs in front of mine...I let my myself go...It's been up and down battle ever since. I fight depression and I know that work out makes me feel better...it's part of my therapy to living healthy and feeling well...
Why I Love It:
It's makes me feel good when I get started and stick with it...
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to keep going but I get off track easy...that why I joined Body space for motivation...I want to find friends that can motivate me when I'm feeling off and I can do the same for them...
I want to lose 75 lbs in one year.
I want to be run the 10 k under 1 hour in April.
Goal (Long):
I want to make myself proud again and not be ashamed in what is looking back at me in the mirror. I want to be shaply and toned not skin and bone...with a butt and arms and legs...I want to be strong and fit.. and not out of breath when I climb stairs.
Thanks to everyone who has added me as their friend. Everyone on here again is so great!!! Thanks for all the advice and being my cheerleaders in all of this.
Well the new job is going well...I have adjusted my schedule pretty...
Doing great, still trying to beef up but I don't think it's going to happen. I am considering hiring a trainer or nutritionist to help me with my diet. Hope all is well with you

i see u on that muscle milk cake batter...its good? i just ordered some today... once u go MUSCLE MILK u can never use anything else....well maybe ON! as a alternate
