Ive been slowly working out for a few years, but haven't taken it real serious until 2007. Now I am addicted, I'm finally working out every day, and finally getting the results I want.
Why I Love It:
Health and Looks. I love seeing my body change, just wish I could do it faster.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror, and seeing people with better bodies......it pisses me off lol
Recently my goal has completely changed. I was trying to get close to 200lbs cut, but I can to the realization that is not a practical goal so I seriously cut the BS body weight. Ive been sucking down for a few months now I am around 160lbs and getting pretty lean. I would love to just stay on this track.
