How I Started:
I've been going to the gym for YEARS, but in the last 3 years I've really started to enjoy working out. I love how I feel after a good workout. Now I have to get my diet in line so I can reap the rewards of my hard work in the gym :0)
Why I Love It:
I feel really good afterwards. It always decreases stress and I'm happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
This one I'm working on. Right now I'm journaling on bb.com, and posting progress pictures and I want to be able to show my progress so that is keeping me accountable.
BB Accomplishments:
I can press 225 lbs. on the leg slide :) I can bench press 35 lbs. now. I know, that doesn't sound like much, but it's a start :)
