My goal is to be between 12-16% bodyfat and compete after 25 yrs this June at the Ft Lewis Competition with my 18 yr. old son! Turning 47 yo in April and after 12 hr shifts at the hospital, workingout in our gym is a stress reliever!

Background

When I Started: Sep 1987
HOW I STARTED:

I started lifting weights and teaching Aerobics back in 1987. Then I started personal training at Bally Pac West and competing in all the local competitions in Wa state.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I am a control freak. I like being in control and feeling good outside as well as inside.
