Knowing I am 47 years old and look better than some twenty somethings! LOL, but I am motivated to lean out and start the 12 week challenge before surgery in May! My 20 yo son is joining me too and he will be bulking up.
Reason I joined this BodyGroup: I am turning 48 yrs old this April, and going through the "change", has caused me to gain 8 lbs. I was an aerobic instructor/personal trainer in my twenties and competed in local BB Competitions. I love the look of being lean! Members: 3842
