How I Started:
I have always loved weights and lifting...always! It's an amazing feeling post weight training. Love seeing definition and improvement. Unfortunately Im an all or nothing kinda girl so I go all out and then screw it up for ages....so I'm back to ALL!!! Thought this would help me track my progress and get motivation from others.
Why I Love It:
The feeling is incredible and seeing improvements gives me a massive high! I've always carried extra weight - but LOVE working out, so I might as well do it hard enough to stop carrying the weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
Consistency with my workouts - seeing other people at the gym, reading about transformations, tracking my progress.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to lose 25 kilos of body fat and maintain that. As a result I would love to get into some serious body building and eventually compete in a figure competition.
I have always been overweight my whole life but at the same time been sporty, strong and loved lifting weights etc. So I want to take it to the next level. I would love to get down to 10% body fat. That would blow my mind. And have a body that I can be extremely proud of. As a result I would love to compete in a figure competition (something I never dreamed I could achieve) and finally get to the peak of my goals.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The gym is a great motivating environment to be in, everything is there at your disposal.
