I had just started hitting the gym hard at this point, but had absolutely no idea what I was doing and was not following any sort of diet. Despite this I was able to bring myself from 130lbs to the 140lbs seen here.

Pretty impressive muscle gain. How many days/times a week do you train? What are your favorite supplements? How many meals are you getting in per day? How much do you weight in the off-season?
sup man no homo but your looking good in your default....i have been working out for about a year and i have got alot stronger but i cant seem to gain alot of muscle do you have any advice

hey chris i had a question about your shoulder development i hav a hard time developing my shoulders i train heavy and with good form i hav also a hard time with growth becuz of injury is there any pointers u can give me, becuz u hav great shoulder development

AND HOW OLD WERE YOU. IVE BEEN IN THE GYM FOR 7 MONTHS AND PUT ON 2 AND A HALF STONE NOW I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO GO ON ANY ADVICE FOR A NEWBEE.
upper body awsome! bu need to grab a cmberd bar slap35 or 45 pound plate on each side and lung deep!30 steps one way then tern back to to u started.. hit the leg pres for calfs,you got to rep 25 to 30 to blow them calfs up!!!!!!!!!
