I had just started hitting the gym hard at this point, but had absolutely no idea what I was doing and was not following any sort of diet. Despite this I was able to bring myself from 130lbs to the 140lbs seen here.  2 weeks out from my last show. 198lbs.

HOW MUCH DID YOU WEIGH WHEN YOU STARTED. AND HOW OLD WERE YOU. IVE BEEN IN THE GYM FOR 7 MONTHS AND PUT ON 2 AND A HALF STONE NOW I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO GO ON ANY ADVICE FOR A NEWBEE.

upper body awsome! bu need to grab a cmberd bar slap35 or 45 pound plate on each side and lung deep!30 steps one way then tern back to to u started.. hit the leg pres for calfs,you got to rep 25 to 30 to blow them calfs up!!!!!!!!!
