yea man im eating over 3000calories 4days a week now and almost 400g of protein on workout days. Last week of my first month then onto a different scheldue for month two.. so i'll let u know how that goes

whats a flow class? for traps i do simple workouts that are effective... lateral raises, shrugs(lots of em and all kind) upright rows, and i do em on a shoulder day. i got some killer traps,lol

hahahha, you funny man. thats good, 4days is enough. im doing the same HIIT. its coming along good, it feels like im just eating too much a day, ima cut back next month tho..
