How I Started:
Well ... I felt I needed to tone up so I got a membership __________ and I just started eating better, seeing results and realised how much better it made me feel &&& so I wanted to keep at it and take it further ...
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel. Its everuthing that I am. I enjoy every aspect of it ... The health benefits and the people I've met. The RESULTS!! My weight loss was remarkable and now im building muscle &&& transforming your body is like building a house, however you want it to be.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well ... It doesnt take much to motivate me ... being at the gym and seeing everyone working out hardcore gets me motivated ... plus my music helps me keep up with my cardio!
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 40 lbs ... even though I had some thermogenic help ... lol ... &&& building some serious muscle and definitley changing my eating habits. I used to be an emotional eater so turning my lifestyle around completely was quite the accomplishment.

Today went okay ... Here's what I did today as far as workouts go

Shoulders

Shoulder Shrugs - 5x5

Front and Lateral Raises - 5x5

Bent Over Dumbell Rear Delt Raise - 3x5

20 min cardio*

5 min cool down ...

30 min dancing *

hi, i read your post about your headache feeling and bruising, u posted that a long time ago but did u test for lyme disease? it causes bruising and sometimes severe headaches and blurred vision its not curable but not fatAL.
