First of all I am tired of being BIG, and second of all my husband is becomming trainer and I will be his first success story.
I also want to be an example for my kids so they won't live all their lives being lazy and eating garbage like
i did.

This was 3 days after starting my program, I a m hudge! Not very attractive at all. When I reach my goal, I will be one hot momma.
Well I certainly didn't think that I last long enough to see anything under 250!
I am getting looks and compliments that I have never expienced, it's a weird kinda cool.
I am gonna start steppping it up a bit though, cause I think that I can do better.
Short term goal for now is to get down to 200 pounds.
Goal (Long):
I have been heavy my whole life, and I will not live like that anymore. I am tired of being "the fat friend." I want to be "the hot friend."
I want to set the example for my kids, show them about living a healthy lifestyle. I want to live a long life. Last but not least, I want to turn heads when I walk into a room.
Well I know it has been a while but I am still here. I have added another committement to my already BUSY schedule. I am now a full-time student as well. I have cut my hours back at work though however. I have been to the gym twice this week, instead of my usual 5 times, but I guess...
