How I Started: It started in high school with sports. I got to be a pretty built guy. After college I got married and let myself go trying to provide for my family. Decided it was time to get back in shape so I won't be a fat dad.
Why I Love It: Its a great way to relax.
How I Stay Motivated: I take a picture and go damn i am fat.
BB Accomplishments: Met First Goal. Get under 300lbs. Next stop 260.

thanks! good luck to you too! although we don't really need it since we're in control of what we do to our bodies.... so i suppose good luck maintaining the willpower and work ethic! we can do it!
