hey all,  quick update lol im 213lbs clean, by clean i mean morning, by morning i mean when you just woke up :) still bulking up, trying to avoid fat as much as i can - and my abs are still visible lol which is good eh :P  the plan is next, i may skip sat or sunday, but 5 times a week is a must - where i am hitting 2 body parts a day. and also let them recover for over 24hours. maybe sunday and sat look stupid, but high rep to get defined wont kill me lol   sunday... Hi all,  just quick update. starting bulk up. going to consume over 4000calories a day for the next few months, with 35%/50%/15%. Focusing more on my back and legs. Altering between 6-8 reps and 8-10 reps. not big differ i know. but keeping it heavy for now. current 210lbs : Go to BodyBlog

TLdouggie well my normal weight is about 285 im dropping for a bench press contest at around 250 but i eat mostly chicken fish lots of steak and whole wheat pasta. i eat a lot more thena regular size persson i guess i am the smallest guy in my family so i think a lot of if is genetics.. what weight are you wanting to get to Jun 8, 2012 3:08pm

sfarrell9 You asked about my bench I have been doing this now for over 25yrs. And every week when I do chest I move up in weight. So throught the course of the years Ben able to increase on bench. Also your tri,s have a lot to do with your bench hopes this helps you. Mar 2, 2012 2:40am
