How I Started:
I always worked out in high school because I was on the football team. It was more powerlifting than bodybuilding though. We never lifted for more than five reps per set. Since I've been out of high school, I haven't had any time to stay committed to working out. With college and a full-time job, my eating habits have slipped. I eat fast food mainly because it's quick and I don't have time to prepare my meals. I feel like I'm not in the worst shape, but know I can improve greatly on my physique. I constantly unload freight trucks at my job, and with good genetics, I've kept some muscle here and there.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because it is a great way for me to relieve stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking through magazines and Arnold's encyclopedia.
My overall goal is to get in the best shape of my life and win the MuscleTech $50,000 contest. I want to see all my lifts go up along with losing bodyfat. I'm mainly going to concentrate on legs since my bench is almost as much as my squat.

I've been reading a lot about xreps or partials and their affect. I'm going to include them in my workout whenever I can. I'm going to hit the upper body and lower body twice a week. I'll hit it hard for four weeks, coast for a week doing only one body part a day for a week, then finish...

Upper Body
Chest- Incline BB bench, 2x8-10 reps; Dips, 2x10-12; cable cross overs, 2x12-15. Xreps included on last set after failure.
Back- Pullups, 2xfailure; DB rows, 2x8-10 with xreps on last set to failure.
Shoulders- Wide grip BB upright rows, 2x10 with xreps on...
