well i've always been into sports and weight training as long as i can remember. about two years ago after going to my first snbf.com drug-free bodybuilding and fitness show i was hooked my buddy told me the bodybuilding bug would bite..
Why I Love It:
the feeling,the burn, the pain, the fact that with alot of hard work, one day you look up and your body has transformed right before your eyes. man i'd be on this subject to the end of time and still not be finished, i guess it is what it is. so i let it do what it do.....
How I Stay Motivated:
the fact my wife,son and the rest of my family look at me like i'm a super hero or something.my wife,mom and the people that matter tell me i've come to far to turn around now... the thought that i'm no where near where i wanna be, and that someone else is. the thought that if i don't stay in the kitchen cooking up the goodness, or in the lab/dungeon building this master piece, someone else will and when i compete they will have the satisfaction of winning physically and mentally.....

houzechanged Weight from 233.4 lbs. to 229 lbs., a 4.4 lb. loss in 72 days
to make this thing second nature. i don't wanna have to think bout it just do it like nike.. i wanna stay lean year round,while adding some quality muscle in all the right places... i wanna be a natural beast...

Man, I told you what kind of craziness I was up to last week. Its week 2. I'm surprised its this consistent and so easy to do now. Oh well ... take it as it comes I guess. How about yourself?
LOL.. Man I'm trying to do the dang thing with pulling the abs out and getting more shape to my overall body. If U stick to that diet I sent U, your 10 pak will be mad tight as well.

no doubt man, sometimes we get caught up in the daily hustle. it was cool breaking that for at least a second. i'm thinking the sunday after the show, doing a bigger cookout.
