Kinda just jump into it. now i love it and am very devoted to it.
Why I Love It:
challanging myself. and just the adrenalan and pain i put into my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
The more time and effort put into it the more i want to do it. Know matter how tired I am i always find time to go to the gym. And now i cant stand to walk around without somthing being sore or pumped. i fell in love w/it.
BB Accomplishments:
gained 25 of muscle and lost a shit load bodyfat when i first started. This was in the first 2and half months of serously puting my body through torture. but it just made me want to go more.
