Whats up bro. You have a back like a God but you are gonna have to do a lot of work when it comes to bringing up your pec, hamstrings and cut a lot of bodyfat if you want to take 1st. You have time so get to work and show me your progress. Good luck

What;s up V no doubt you got the upper body but wheels and conditioning win contest. If you are this thick at 205 the you will probably have to go into a cutting cycle at least 16 to 20 weeks out from your show so you can come in full and cut as well without loosing a ton of muscle which most first show participants do. I will keep in touch and forward you a good contest diet and routine. Get ready cause that first show is all mental. Good luck

I see your a personal trainer, thats really cool im thinking about doing that. Being that you are a pt and all, i have a question, i have a really high metabolism and i have trouble putting on size...Any ideas like sets and reps, suppliments/foods to eat, and or and workouts you would recomend
