How I Started:
The day I arrived in Iraq I decided that I would stop smoking and start working out in the gym. Working out helped to keep me motivated and feeling great.
Why I Love It:
Going to the gym and working out keeps me busy and motivated. I also love when I see what I have accomplished.
How I Stay Motivated:
I enjoy working out, and staying in shape. It helps me look great.
My career also relies a lot on the physical shape that I am in.
BB Accomplishments:
Just staying in shape and getting in the gym every day to work out.
You inspire me because of your dedication to your daughter and your motivation to wake up early in the morning to work out before you go to work. Keep it up and it will pay off!
I have been working out for a few months now and the strength is getting there. I am a lot stronger than when I was 165 lbs and had some size. The problem is that now I am only 148 lbs.

Rob,
Sounds like your in the same boat as me. Need more protien and creatine to put on more weight. Let me know when you find something. I just can't seem to get over 158 - 160 lbs.!
Hey man i saw your question about creatine on the body group page. I just started takin GNC Amplified creatine 189. It's a pill that gives 400% better delivery than powders. I love it so far and it don't mess with my guts
hey bro i saw your comment on the 145-165 bodygroup about the workout supplements. Well you should tryy the pre-workout supplement BSN's NO-Xplode. It gives you major energy and motivation, also helps with muscle fatigue. For me it pretty much changed my workout when taking it I was in the gym noticeably longer and it could do way more sets. The downsides, not too cheap but they keep lowering the price, tastes real sour but i mean hey its a workout supplement not kool aid hah hope i helped
i train 5 on and 2 off...cardio (swimming/running) each day of the 5 and weights (bodyweights/dumbells etc) 5 days a week ...3 diff. routines to keep my body guessing....
