what i'm doing now is a 3-day rotation. day 1 is chest and bi's. day 2 is legs and a tiny bit of shoulders (no presses), and day 3 is back and tri's. then you can either start it over or take 1 day of rest. i like it a lot bcuz you get to do every muscle group 2x...

Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having 19! Specially chest, ABS, shoulders, calves, quadriceps, biceps, well I think every muscle of your body! What envy! no ways bro you look less than 9%. right now i am prllly @ 10% bc i am bulking. but i would like to cut down to 6% and hopefully be able to compete in the late spring or even summer.
