Workout Program:
what i'm doing now is a 3-day rotation. day 1 is chest and bi's. day 2 is legs and a tiny bit of shoulders (no presses), and day 3 is back and tri's. then you can either start it over or take 1 day of rest. i like it a lot bcuz you get to do every muscle group 2x per week. you will struggle...
