What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
see that weight over there? that big fuckin weight? go lift it. when your done go eat and then sleep...come back tomarrow and start over

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i shoot for 20, once i can do 20 rest paused then its time to up the weight.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
not very, 30-90 seconds depending on how close i am to my work set...i wait a few minutes after my work set before i tackle the widowmaker tho
