How I Started:
we'll i've always been REAL lean, like under 10% BF lean. and being as tall as i am i've always just thought it looked wierd so i started training right after highschool. didnt really have the determination i needed so honestly i didnt make any real progress for a few years...i started training seriously about 2 years ago and went from 170lbs and 8% bf to the 210, 11% i am now and im not planning on stopping growing any time soon.
Why I Love It:
gives me a feeling of accomplishment, it brings focus to my mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
got a good group of bodybuilding buddies, plus im a real determined guy, when i set a goal i reach it or die trying.
my long term goal? well i tend to stay REAL lean, even eating 6000cal or more every day i've only gone up 3% bf in 2 years...so i want to bulk to about 250/260 then cut my body fat down til i think it looks good...basically 240ish, ripped to shreds.

they way i train pretty much goes against the grain but it works better. i'll go into details later but its a super abbreviated setup that low volume super high intensity...dont really feel like typing a ton more right now so thats it for now
