How I Started:
I've always been an active fellow. The main sports I participated in were wrestling (not WWF haha!), mountain biking and BMX racing. Weight training has always been part of my conditioning.
Why I Love It:
The pump makes me feel extraordinarily alive!
How I Stay Motivated:
Usually, I will give myself a reminder on how awesome I feel during and after my workout.
BB Accomplishments:
I have a jacked up knee that prevented me from doing sqats. I am able to squat again, with help from a friend and proper technique. However, I am capped on my weight limit, due to the pain. So I have a weight range I can work with.

Wanna look like a living Greek Statue!
Goal (Long):
Getting muscular is a goal for most men. We have to live up to what the ideal man is. haha! Really, I do want to be healthy too. Wanna to stay active with my kids for a long long time! Also, I want to gain strength and my main concentration are my legs. I could not perform squats for years due to a knee injury. So I was always stuck doing legs extensions. The entire time is was my own fault for not squatting properly. My ex-fiancee(i know bummer ;-)) who was a personal trainer, helped me do a proper squat that took the stress of my knees. I'm limited to the amount of weight I can currently do. I did meat my goal on being able to do a squat with some plates on the bar! Now on to musculature and vascularity!
