How I Started:
Wandered into my local community gym...working out at home was too easy to skip so I wanted to go and train somewhere.
Why I Love It:
It's an means to an end in the beginning - then it becomes a passion unto itself. How much more can a lift? How many more reps? Trying new exercises, machines, no machines, outside, inside...it's plenty hard but it's never is boring.
How I Stay Motivated:
Health. Sure looking good is nice but somewhere along the line there has to be more to it than that. I wanted to cure my PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) without drugs...I am certain that supplements that I have got from Bodybuilding.com, the articles I had read (specifically in insulin resistance), and the motivation here at BodySpace has helped me overcome PCOS naturally.
BB Accomplishments:
