I train like a girl - what's your excuse?!?!
Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but only one will receive the prize? Run your race so that you may lay hold of the prize and make it yours. 1Cor.9:24
This was taken on a trip to the Bahamas. I hated how I looked!! Realized it was time for a serious intervention.
This was taken during the pre-judging of my first figure competition. I met my goals of losing ~30 lbs to compete. I'll need to be leaner for the next show and harder in the upper body. Not bad for my first showing, though.
Thank you for the kind words. I guess with Beverly Int. supplements its like they say, if we want them to use the very best they have to charge us for the very best, and I agree their protein powders are the tastiest of any that I have tried.
Keep pushing that envelope.
Can you say "TRANSFORMATION"?
Wow, you have done a great job of redesigning yourself.
I see that you use Beverly International supplements as I do also, I believe they are the best that are on the market, which one(s) do you favor as giving you the best bang for your buck.
Keep up the great work.
Keep all the hard work in the gym and you would reach your goals Here a quote which I hope you would help you with your training There is the Point of No Return where you have Trained so Long Sacrificed so Much, That you Can't GO Back. You Must Reach Your Goal & Trample On Anyone Who tries to Stop I wise man told me that and his name was Herb Elliot Australia Olympic Champion
Hey, how are you?! 7 weeks to go! I'm getting excited and a little nervous. Not much of a stage person!
