I love my body, my self confidence, how i feel and look, the compliments, I love everything about myself physically and mentally when i take care of my body.

Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
Earn back what I've lost due to my injury... game time.
Goal (Long):
I enjoy my body now, but it can always be better. I want to lower my body fat by 4% in the next month. But my long term goal that i am always working on is gaining muscle/size. I'd like to add 15lbs of muscle by next summer.
