I have been a personal trainer for 25 years. I have been training with weights since 1984 for upper body strength for dance; since 1989, for Bodybuilding, when I competed in one of the first fitness competitions held in Las Vegas, Nevada. I took many years off from competing until 2000. I got back into competition after having my daughter. It was my goal to get into competitive shape and show my clients that women don't have to accept weight gain just because they have a child.
I'm truly a life-long athlete. From my pre-teens until age 23, I studied classical ballet, apprenticing with the Garden State Ballet. I then went on to study ice dance at the Olympic Training Centers in Spring Valley, New York, and Newark, Delaware. I skated professionally and coached figure skating as well as ice hockey, both on and off the ice. After an injury left me unable to skate, personal training became my full-time career.
Why I Love It:
I think that bodybuilding is a way of life - It gives us confidence, self-awareness and a very strong will-power to accomplish anything life can throw at us - I love to workout I find it to be a high that you can't get anywhere else - And, the end product from all the hard work truely shows itself
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals for myself and refuse not to complete them - And, the support of my family and friends!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I had written in the past that 2007 was my best year yet - but, truthfully, it just keeps getting better!! I owe all of my accomplishments to Lance Moore for his training and my training partner Wanda Moore (NPC JR. National Middle Weight Winner 2007) for her motivation. It is with their support and encouragement that continues to make my growth and improvements possible!!!

My first show of '07 NPC Vulcan Classic where I won the Women's Open Middle Weight and the Overall - My trainer decided I needed to lean up for my next show - NPC Southern Classic
Well, it's about 15 weeks out from the USA and I am training as hard as I possibly can - But, I have 3 men to thank for kicking my ass and pushing me to the limit - First is the love of my life, Steve Lanier who puts together all my training programs, the second is Lance Moore who with the best...
Training's going good. I doubt I'll get the 4 more pounds of muscle I want. I hope to place top 10 between 5 and 8 at the Nationals. I'll take the winter to EAT, EAT, EAT!!!!

Wow, you are so muscular! You have an incredible muscclar physique. You have powerfully muscled shoulders and arms. Wow, your lifts bear out your great strength and power. You are strong as a bull. I have rarely seen lifts from a woman your size. But, your barely built shoulders and back suggest your great strength. Very impressive and sexy lady. Bob
