How I Started:
I always wanted to get fit.I would work out for awhile and then stop for some reason or another .But now that "40" is creeping up on me ---I made a promise to myself that it's now or never ...what did I have to lose besides"butter"!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel afterwards, you're all hot and sweaty.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think of the last time I got "dressed up" and how I felt when I had tried the whole closet on.
Also I don't want to regain all the weight I lost 9 yrs ago ,I used to weigh 245#s and decided to get back in shape .And in 9 months I got my body weight down to 176, I wasn't firm but it was a good start .Now I'm pissed at myself for gaining back some of the weight ---so I tell myself I did it once before I can do it again.But this time I don't want to gain any wt back.In fact, Now I'm setting the bar high and want my body in the best shape ever:)
WOW!I've been really w/ing out as much as possible .I incorporated the 'men of steel ' series.I have to push myself as hard as I can ! I want to look good for my 20 yr class reunion , and I'm doing the marathon ---both in Sept!!
