hosyangel If u have any suggestions for leaning out (lean muscle mass).let me know! I have no idea what to do.more reps with less weight, more cardio?

kimnana43 Well good luck with your training! I know you want them to pop out and are trying to lean out... just make sure you dont overexert yourself so that you are LOSING your muscles. Remember: the more muscles you have, the more calories you burn! After my coach incorporated more carbs into my diet, my bf finally went down! lol. Best wishes! Apr 27, 2012 12:17am

Btw, I'm not a pro or anything, but I think the best way to lean out is to manipulate your diet. Carb cycling might help. Mix with HIIT and higher reps with lower weights. :) Apr 25, 2012 11:15pm
