i saw ome pictures of guys on myspace that have competed in bodybuilding comps and u made me get pumped up and since then ive put my heart n soul into this and when i was younger i always wanted to be as big as the legendary arnold

Hi,the heaviest I was before I started contest prep for my last show was about 215lbs.The day of the competition I weighed about 194lbs.Over the next few days I was back to 198lbs & stayed around there for awhile.Try to add as much lean muscle as you can now,maybe try a mini contest prep phase to see how your body responds to cutting/loading carbs & also to lean out a bit,before starting your real contest prep.Good luck with your training.
