How I Started:
After tipping the scales at 310 last Feb, I knew I had to get back in shape. I started dieting and knew by adding lifting and cardio i could do it.
Why I Love It:
The mental release...and of course the "pump".
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing and feeling the changes and the compliments now and then.
BB Accomplishments:
After a bad re-entry (for me anyway...started off with a 135lb bp max), I now have a 335lb bp max, with a 400lb goal.

Hey well that sounds great at least you busted through! LOL. I'm doing a lot better, I've been consistent for about 3 weeks. Just waiting to get back to where I was weight wise. I didn't quite reach my goal for the year but I guess that what 2010 is for LOL.

Hey Tex! Yup, my Thanksgiving was good. I had to have a mass purge of leftovers to save myself from gluttony...he he! I'm back on track and working over time to give myself a little room for holiday vacation :) How are you doing with your training? How's your health?

thank you :) and to answer your question.. no not really. I'm a vegetarian so I don't eat meat.. but besides that I just try to eat healthy & stay high in protein. Sorry! Wish I could have helped you out a little more.
