How I Started:
After tipping the scales at 310 last Feb, I knew I had to get back in shape. I started dieting and knew by adding lifting and cardio i could do it.
Why I Love It:
The mental release...and of course the "pump".
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing and feeling the changes and the compliments now and then.
BB Accomplishments:
After a bad re-entry (for me anyway...started off with a 135lb bp max), I now have a 335lb bp max, with a 400lb goal.

Yea man I may need to increase my intensity for arms by decreasing my rest periods. However I tweaked my arms routine last week and it seems as though I've gained about .18" on my arms in the past week; so we'll see what it's looking like once I take all of my measurements next week.

Yea mine is creaky also. I push through it. Definitely slept wrong on it last night though. It's aching something terrible today :-/ What else is new? Any new workouts to speak of?
